• Shared Content: Content shared with team members or organization members in real-time collaborative sessions
• Team/Organization Data: Content created within team or organization workspaces may be visible to administrators and members with appropriate permissions

Your Responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share
• You must have the right to use and share any content you upload
• You must ensure your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of important content

We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms, infringes on others' rights, or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Backups may retain data for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes

• Extended periods of inactivity (with prior notice)
